VITESSE has an exciting IMMEDIATEjob opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desires to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate for a leader in the commercial security industry designing and manufacturing embedded controllers located in Long Beach, CA. 8:30 am to 4:30 pm


Position Summary: Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.


Job Responsibilities:


Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face, respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints, obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries, provide pricing and delivery information, perform customer verifications, record details of actions taken, prepare and distribute customer activity reports. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Serve as the backup person for front desk receptionist and support.


Preferred Qualifications: 2 year college degree at the minimum


knowledge of customer service principles and practices


knowledge of relevant computer applications


ability to type proficiently


knowledge of administrative procedures


numeric, oral and written language applications


product knowledge


Compensation:$17 – $20 hr


Job Type: Contract Assignment for 1 month and could potentially be longer.
