Plaintiff law firm in Red Bank, Monmouth County. New Jersey applicants please. Must have law firm experience.
Looking to fill one Paralegal position with both litigation and real estate experience.
Litigation paralegal to support commercial and personal injury department.
Residential Real Estate Paralegal.
With additional responsibilities in billing and Accounts Receivable.
Great work environment, friendly staff, and a generous benefits package. Full-time permanent - Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 pm., some overtime may be required, salary range $40,000 - $55,000, commensurable with experience and training/education.
Spanish Bilingual skills STRONGLY preferred, Portuguese a plus.
Knowledge of Case Management and Document Management Software (i.e., Needles and Worldox) a plus, not required, training will be provided. PC and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with excellent typing skills a must.
Busy Monmouth County law firm has an immediate opening for a Paralegal in the Commercial and Personal Injury Litigation and Real Estate Departments.
Paralegal Certificate is not required. BA or BS degrees, with experience in an office environment preferred.
Ideal Candidate Description: Must be able to manage/support a large volume of cases from intake to resolution.
The Ideal Candidate must be:
Litigation Responsibilities: All aspects of managing their own case load from intake to trial. Including: obtaining and reviewing medical records; settlement brochures; arbitration/mediation statements; motions and complaints; discovery requests; direct communications with clients, experts, insurance adjusters and defense counsel; trial preparation. Some travel to NJ satellite offices or client meetings may be required.
Real Estate Responsibilities: handle all aspects of residential real estate transactions - purchase and sale - including knowledge and familiarity with leases, easements, title, contracts, and survey matters.
