Operations Administrative Assistant
Location: Duncan, SC

We are looking for a full time individual to support the Operations Manager through completing daily tasks such as: invoice payments, processing orders, and other office functions. They will also be cross trained to cover our Supply Specialist, Dispatch, Invoicing and Inventory Management when it is necessary. They be part of the Accounts Payable team. They will also handle Customer Care issues as they arise.
* Efficiently be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and other computer software.
* Have a strong mathematical or accounting background
* A quick learner
* Be able to take notes and be good at following directions
* Be detail oriented
* Have an excellent work ethic
* Have strong communication skills
* Be organized.
* Ability to multi-task
* Maintain a positive attitude.
* Be punctual and reliable
