Primary duty of this position is to become fully engaged in assisting the Program Administrator in the Products, Sustainment, and Integration (PSI) Group in the execution of various tasks and efforts. More specifically, this will include the support and maintenance of program spreadsheets using MS Excel. Program spreadsheets are generated each time a new task or effort starts and are updated each month. The updates that occur each month include salary adjustments, rate adjustments, reconciling commitments, subcontract balances, and labor hours expended as detailed in the Program Summary Reports (PSRs). Additional responsibilities include utilizing program spreadsheet information to assist the Program Administrator in generation of monthly cost reports that provide remaining budgets, budgets expended, Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates At Completion (EAC). Other job functions will be to support scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and performing other administrative duties as required.
