Job Description

The Office Manager will be responsible for the coordination of the administrative support function for all functional units of the division with a primary focus on the office of the Dean.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Office Manager will be responsible for the coordination of the administrative support function for all functional units of the division with a primary focus on the office of the Dean. The Office Manager will perform a wide range of secretarial and administrative support functions for the Dean, including managing office operations. The Office Manager will assure that all operational units reporting to the Dean are provided with qualified administrative support and assistance to meet their particular needs at any given time. Coordinate the management, communications and operational functions for the division by performing multiple program support tasks. Provide, as needed, administrative support and assistance in adhering to established policies and procedures that pertain to the division, campus and college guidelines of programs and services. The position interacts with students, faculty and staff within the College and Division, and externally with members of the community, alumni and other professionals. The candidate should have excellent customer services skills

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience. Working with students and faculty in a college setting.
