GP Strategies Corporation has an immediate need for a Training Coordinator to work onsite at our client site in Orlando, FL. This is a full-time, benefited position.


The hours of the position are as follows:
Monday-Thursday - 9 hour workday
1st Friday- 8 hours, the following Friday- Off (Equates to 44 hours- 1st Friday and 36 hours- the following Friday)


Job Summary:


Provide administrative support for our client's training programs to include:
• Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in clients
• Preparing assessment reports for clients
• Maintaining files and supplies
• Preparing summary and status reports
• Forecasting and scheduling classes
• Coordinating instructor resources
• Assisting employees with enrollment
• Assisting instructors with preparation of class materials
• Sending class notifications
• Monitoring class enrollments
• Coordinating class set-up including rooms, equipment, materials and books
• Processing class rosters
• Assisting in the development of advertising programs and services
• Monitoring class evaluations
• Greeting/escorting guests


Job Requirements

Qualifications:


• Experience in an administrative/coordinator/planner type role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Advanced knowledge/experience with Excel
• Experience working in a corporate learning management system (LMS) or an enterprise relational database preferred


Physical Requirements:


Ability to lift 40lbs
