Immediate need for a Human Resources Assistant in Healthcare Software Company. * Location: Doral (33126) * Job Description: - Candidate will be required to handle a wide variety of administrative and record keeping duties as well as staff support services. - Performs office work directly related to HR responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards in addition to assisting in supporting special projects as needed. - Create and maintain personnel files - Ability to run reports using HRIS systems - Responsible for purging terminated files on a bi-weekly basis and year end. - Handles ordering for supplies and distributing mail - Responds to all Employment Verifications that are submitted via fax, email or mail. - Support the recruitment process * Salary: $15/hr. * Required Qualifications: - Ability to prioritize work with minimum supervision while remaining detail oriented and achieving objectives on a timely basis. - Self starter, excellent attention to detail, well organized. - Works well in a team environment, able to work with a diverse group of people. - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal , customer focused, computer literate, proficiency in Microsoft Windows software, Outlook, Excel and Word.
