The Customer Support Representative serves as a point of contact for incoming customer phone calls regarding product information and service. Ensures that customers’ questions and concerns are completely resolved in a timely and courteous manner at the earliest possible level of intervention.

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: At least one (1) to three (3) years in customer support environment
Computer Skills: Entry level technical skills in data entry. Understanding of Microsoft products.
