ADMINISTRATIVE FILE CLERK OPENING

Salary Range: $13.50- $15.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

The file clerk will be responsible for reviewing client files and organizing the documents in accordance with guidelines. Once files have been organized, the clerk will scan and catalog files into an electronic records database. After files have been digitized, the clerk will coordinate for the secure disposal of client files. Accuracy with paper filing and ability to file electronically required.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree preferred by not required  
- minimum of 1-2 years of data entry and/or database management experience or commensurate work experience
- Administrative/file clerk experience
- Extreme attention to detail, precision, and efficiency in data entry and file management required
- Ability to handle and maintain sensitive, confidential documents
- Demonstrable proficiency in MS Office suite, Database Management and excellent computer skills
- Self-driven and able to work independently to meet expected deadlines
