Job Description

Immediate opening with local Green Bay company.

Responsibilities:
-Handle warranty related issues with customers.
-Log customer support information according to machine serial number.
-Answer questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our vehicle wash equipment.
-Occasional travel to new distributor installations, new product installations, trade shows, and sites requiring field troubleshooting.
-Support the customer training program.
-Collaborate with engineering to ensure customer feedback is included in product development to correct defects and enhance the product to educate the Technical Service Representatives
on releases and upgrades.
-Develop documentation for our manuals, sales literature, and website on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
-Excellent electrical and mechanical skills required.
-2-3 years previous experience in a technical support role preferred.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Excellent telephone mannerisms critical to success in this position. The majority of customer contact will be via telephone.
-Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, and initiative.
-Championing attitude regarding customer follow up. Must respond with urgency to customer concerns.
-Must be able to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
-Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. . Comfortable interacting directly with customers to achieve customer satisfaction. Prompt, responsive, responsible and friendly approach to
customer problems.
-Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks. . Travel requirements include: supporting new distributor installations, new product installations, trade shows, and sites requiring field
troubleshooting.
-Must be able to perform "on-call" after hours technical service phone support.

7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Thursday plus on call rotation
