Major responsibilities - File information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems - Search for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete - Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product - Keep detailed records of tasks, files, and progress - Sift through websites for information - Audit reports and sheets of data - Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources

Job Requirements

- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Alpha over 10,000 kph experience - Typing over 60 words per minute experience - Adeptness in Microsoft Excel - Microsoft Word experience preferred - Experience with Numeric over 10,000 KPH - Report generation experience - High typing accuracy - Applicant must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
