Job Description

Purpose, Scope, & Dimension of Job: 

The Processing Analyst will be responsible for reviewing contracts submitted by Sales Representatives for window, roofing, siding, and/or gutter purchases. Processing Analysts ensure that all documentation is completed and accurate, calculates commissions, , and enters the order information into our system. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, ability to focus as well as the ability to use problem-solving skills. 

Essential Duties/Major Accountabilities:  

  1. Entering notes into the customer’s profile with extreme detail in regards to the order/contract 

  2. Must be able to speak with a sales representative via phone and/or email to discuss the contract so they can clearly explain what needs to be corrected quickly  

  3. Problem solving is essential with this position 

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  1. High School diploma or GED

  2. Minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience

  3. Must have basic computer proficiency, including basic MS Word and Excel

  4. Basic math skills

  5. Excellent communication skills

  6. Great organizational skills

  7. Able to multi-task

  8. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team 

Additional Preferred Qualifications: 

  1. Some college

  2. Data entry and/or processing experience 

Physical Requirements: 

  1. Must be able to remain sitting in a stationary position for prolonged periods

  2. Requires the ability to move about inside the office

  3. Must be able to move items weighing up to 25 pounds

  4. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and the public

  5. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer 


Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year. Standard hours are M – F, 8:00 – 5:00, 9:00 – 6:00 or 10:00 – 7:00. However, due to cyclical nature of position, some overtime, including evening and weekend hours, will be required to complete projects under deadlines.
