We are looking for an On-Site Support Representative to support the Patriot Excalibur (PEX) program in Fargo, ND.

 
 

Patriot Excalibur (PEX) is USAF software used to automate processes such as scheduling, training, and standardization/evaluation in squadron sized units using an Agile software engineering approach.  The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the team to provide guidance on real world utilization of PEX and conduct test activities.

 
 
 

Under governmental direction, provide dedicated, on-site support for customized applications, interfaces, and systems administration requested by Major Commands.  Interact with government customers to support PEX implementation, upgrades and disposition; troubleshoot PEX software and hardware problems; and provide initial, continuity, and refresher training to all users.

 


Work scope may include any/all of the following duties:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related discipline and 4 years of relevant experience.  Four years of progressive/related experience can be substituted for the degree.   ***Must be eligible for a TS/SCI clearance***

Essential Functions/Requirements:

 

Physical Requirements: Sedentary: involves sitting most of the time buy may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.  Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

  
  

Work Environment:

  

Cubical environment in a confined/restricted work area.

  
  

Criticality of Attendance:

  

Must be able to work within the shift hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  

With the exception of STD/LTD/FMLA & approved time off, attendance is considered essential.  Must be flexible to support the customer.

  
  

Equipment and Machines:

  

Standard office equipment and machines: personal computer, scanner, copy machine, telephone, printer, fax machine, and other office equipment including desk supplies.


Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel required.

  
  

Other Essential Functions:

  

Must be able to secure and maintain a DoD security clearance.

  

Must be a U.S. Citizen

  

Must pass drug testing.

  

Must be able to read and write effectively in English.
