Large law firm



​DOE




Develop new and creative retreat for over 300 Attorneys. Coordinate travel, lodging meeting space and entertainment. Must be able to do 30 meetings in 2 days and be very familiar with 4-star Restaurants.



Requirements:



  • Minimum 2 years event planning experience in corporate or professional services firm.




  • Must possess positive attitude and the ability to work well with partners, associates and staff.




  • Independent worker who also works well in a team




  • Excellent interpersonal skills paired with exceptional communication and written skills.




  • Self-motivated person with excellent time management skills and project management experience




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and databases.




  • Exhibits thoughtful and sound judgment in problem solving and relationship management.






Education/Certifications:




  • Bachelors degree in marketing or related areas or equivalent education and experience required.
